3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project requirements, assets, and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Maintain access to domains, hosting accounts, or third-party services, as needed.

  • Respect payment terms and timelines.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All project costs will be shared in advance through official quotation/proposal.

  • A minimum 50% advance is required to initiate any project.

  • Remaining balance is payable upon project completion or before final delivery.

  • Refunds are not applicable once the work has started or services have been consumed.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All website designs, content, graphics, and code created by Webset India Services remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is made.

  • After payment, ownership is transferred to the client, except for open-source or third-party elements.

6. Project Timelines

  • Estimated delivery timeframes will be shared at project initiation.

  • Delays caused due to client-side response, approvals, or incomplete inputs are not the responsibility of Webset India Services.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All client information, data, business strategies, and project details shared with us will be kept strictly confidential and not shared with any third party.

8. Limitation of Liability

Webset India Services is not liable for:

  • Any loss or damage due to third-party services (e.g., hosting, payment gateways, ad platforms).

  • Downtime, errors, or issues caused by client modifications after delivery.

  • Consequential losses resulting from use or inability to use our services.

9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Any third-party tools, plugins, themes, APIs, or accounts integrated into your website or campaign will follow their own respective terms. We are not responsible for external changes or restrictions applied by such providers.

10. Amendments

Webset India Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be handled in the jurisdiction of [Your City], India.
